As the client’s technical eyes and ears at key points in the development, AssetWize will be fully versed in all technical aspects of the project. We achieve this through the review of the design, documentation, construction and handover pack. We attend site and site meetings during construction and oversee handover reviews including defect inspections and rectification close out.
